The main task of Jilin-1SP03 is to acquire visible light video data of high-resolution earth observation in the world. The satellite is designed as integration of satellite-borne, and it fully inherits the development technological proposals and matured products of Jilin-1SP01 and Jilin-1SP02. Based on the feedback of users and market, its central computer, loading, power supply, and data transmission subsystem are updated, which improves Video Satellite's operational capability and increases air breathing propulsion system for orbit maintenance.
