Riga, Latvia

Located at cross point between western Europe and eastern Europe and that between Russia and Scandinavian Peninsula, Riga is capital of Latvia and it is praised as “northern Paris”. Ria is also a country with well-developed sea transportation. The Danube, which is in the north of Riga, is the second largest river in Europe and serves as an important transportation junction between different countries.
