Martig, also known as "Martig", is located in southeastern France, about 29 kilometers northwest of Marseilles, Lake Belle to the Mediterranean outlet. Martig is a fishing port on Lake Baylor. The main industries are salt making, oil refining and fish processing. The whole city is divided into left city, right city and island city. The three parts are connected by bridges.

Matig football club, a French football club, was founded in 1921. The location of the tag in the satellite map is the home Francis-Turcan of the team, which can hold 11500 spectators.
