Linhe District, Bayan Nur, China

Linhe District is located in the hinterland of Hetao Plain, a new type of urban area in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The whole area of Linhe District is the alluvial plain of the Yellow River. The ground is open and flat with 75,761 hectares of arable land, accounting for 54.4% of the total area, the rest are pastures, dunes, forests, and lakes.
