Qingyang is located in the eastern part of Gansu Province, the intersection of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia three provinces, the Loess Plateau Gully Area of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, known as "Longdong", known as "Longdong granary". Qingyang is the hometown of "Huanjiang pterosaurs" and "the Yellow River ancient elephant". It is the unearthed place of "the first old stone ware" in China.
